RYOTO? sucrose ester is a non-ionic emulsifier made from plant-based raw materials, which is extracted and refined by the esterification reaction between saccharose and fatty acid methyl ester (FAME). It helps stabilize emulsifier and entitles dairy products with functions like antibacterial activity. It is free from odor, flavor and toxicity and can be applied to food.


Mitsubishi RYOTO? sucrose ester provides series products ranging from 1-16 of HLB (Hydrophile-Lipophile-Balance) values, covering more than other emulsifiers.


On account of the cutting-edge process of Mitsubishi Chemicals, RYOTO? sucrose ester is highly pure, with few impurities such as free sucrose, FFA and saponifying agents. There is little difference in quality between batches and all products perform well.
